Theatre is another passion of mine... Resume below
I have been dancing, singing and performing since I was a little girl.  By college I had trained in voice, tap, ballet, jazz and point as well as qualified for the National Thespian Society.  I completed a triple minor bachelor's degree at Western Michigan university in communications, education and integrated theatre arts.  I then moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan for a 14 year career in education and continued my love for theatre through community productions as an actress, choreographer, assistant director and producer.
 
I left education for a career in sales which took my focus away from theatre for a time, but I returned after moving to Minnesota.  I took time off from the corporate world to get my broadcasting certificate and did a stint in radio and television work - on and off camera.  During this time I also managed the Minnesota Shakespeare Company and performed with local theatre groups, and did a few independent films and commercials.
 
In 1997 I moved to Arizona for 6 months of the year and returned to sales and marketing work, once again leaving theatre.  However, the travel took it's toll on me and I have left corporate world for the last time, so I can now devote myself to my creative interests.  As of September, I am a full time resident in Arizona.  I returned to theatre last spring with a production of "Up the Down Staircase" at Desert Foothills Theater.  I am actively involved with the Desert Foothills Theater, am choreographing Desert Stages production of "Brigadoon" and am a company member of Scene of the Crime Productions.  You can currently see me appearing as Fanny Fanciful or Louise Loveless/Louella Snoop at "The Murder at Greystone Manor" at Pronto Restaurant in Phoenix and as Nurse Scratchit at "The Murder at Bedside Manor" at Kam's Restaurant in Scottsdale.  Contact the box office for dates I'm appearing or for tickets - 480-994-1520.
