Try It (FOR FREE)- You'll Like It!
- Classes at Harris Bank in El Pedregal - corner of Carefree Highway and North Scottsdale Road. If you haven't experienced a Nia class yet and are wanting to try a class before committing to regular attendance, you can take your first class free on Tuesday or Thursday mornings (10:30AM - 11:30AM) at the Harris Bank Community Room. People wishing to attend this class on a regular basis may do so, but regular fees apply. $10 per class or pre-pay for 8 classes ($65.) There will be no classes held the last two weeks of August. - For members at the Golden Door Spa at the Boulders, I teach 50 minute classes on Mondays at 8:00 AM and Saturdays at 9:00AM. These classes are also available for a $10.00 fee to anyone receiving a service at the Spa on the same day as class.
I am looking for more locations to teach in the mornings. If you know of a facility in North Scottsdale where you think Nia would be a good addition, please let me know at diedre@cox.net.
One additional note - some of you have asked me to teach an evening class, however I am very involved in the theatre and therefore my evenings are not available.
